Vincent G. LoTempio is a registered patent attorney with the firm Kloss, Stenger & LoTempio. He focuses on licensing, patents, trademarks and copyright law for inventors and corporations. In addition, he is a columnist, blogger and lecturer on intellectual property, and co-author of Patent Fundamentals for Scientists and Engineers, Third Edition.
 
Prior to joining Kloss, Stenger & LoTempio, Vincent practiced intellectual property law, was a felony trial attorney with the Erie County District Attorney’s office, and a trial attorney with the firm Cellino and Barnes. He received a B.S. degree from Canisius College and a J.D. degree from Thomas Cooley Law School.
 
Vincent is a member of the New York and Florida Bar, Erie County Bar Association Intellectual Property committee, the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the Niagara Frontier Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the Rochester Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
